Peninsula Camera Club Inc.
PCC began in 1956 to encourage, foster, promote and advance photography in all its facets through joint effort and participation. The club has a mixture of beginners, experienced amateur and professional photographers. PCC has a high committment to both the social and learning/teaching aspects of the hobby. Club members are active participants in competition photography at local, National and International exhibitions.
PCC is affiliated with Photographic Society of Queensland and Australian Photographic Society.
Yearly Fees are $50.00 per year Individual, $80.00 for Couple, due by the 31st January each year. Each member to pay $2.00 per meeting for catering and room rental costs.
PCC has competition photography in Digital and Print media. Digitally manipulated images are allowed in all competitions. New entrants may submit a print + digital portfolio ( Minimum 20 Images) to be graded.
PCC also competes as a club in inter-club, state, national and international competitions.
PCC Competitions are graded B-Grade for beginners, AB-Grade for intermediate (digital only) and A-Grade for experienced.
PCC Competition Sections include: Projected Digital Images (PDI), Monochrome Prints, Colour Prints, Mono or colour Altered Reality-Creative prints.

Education sessions - experienced members provide a great understanding of photography and photographic processing with specific information, hints and tips.
Outings - regularly scheduled outings are opportunities for members to socialise, gain assistance and advice from experienced members.
